Welcome to Jannat Jibal Albalout
The project will provide training, rehabilitation, and numerous job opportunities for the local community and will support the women of the area by involving them in the project from the foundation phase to its operational stage. In the end, as we have introduced it, this project is by the people, for the people, and we aim for it to become a new destination for attracting tourists, supporting the local community, and becoming a distinctive symbol for the province and the nation.
Who We Are
The idea for the project started in 2007. The project, which will be built in Ajloun, is inspired by international projects but with a local touch. There are many sustainable and green architectural ideas that will be implemented in this resort. The project will rely on solar energy as it is an environmentally friendly initiative. Additionally, we have paid attention to the existing vegetation on the land, minimizing the built area and elevating the buildings to use less of the land space.
The site is in Ajloun, Jordan. The weather is moderate. The land area is 122,226 square meters, approximately 650 meters long and an average of 200 meters wide. The project size will be 20% of the land area. The land will be modified to fit tourist properties. The terrain is mountainous, made of natural stone, with a majority of oak trees and panoramic views.
In construction, we will use natural materials found in the area, such as wood and stone. These same materials will also be used in the design of the interior furniture, ensuring that the project is not foreign to the land on which it is built.
The site is located 82.80 km northwest of Amman, at an elevation of 422 meters, and is approximately two hours by car from the city. It is ideally situated to accommodate an escape from the city.
